The ranch draws 4 buck rifle tags, unlimited archery deer tags, 3 bull elk tags, 4 cow elk tags and 1 either sex archery elk tags. The ranch has produced very good hunting from the first day of archery season to the last day of rifle season. All tags are currently season. New mexico is the premiere state out west when it comes to landowner incentive programs for enhancing the game on ones property with regard to more tags, longer seasons, or both with regard to deer and/or tags see attached programs. In new mexico the landowner can pick and choose any 5-day period from oct 1 to dec 31 for the use of his/her elk tags very flexible.
